What a session covers
Each coach runs sessions their own way. A session can include:
- A story-bank audit: which of your stories hold up, and which need clearer ownership or numbers.
- Mapping your stories to the leadership principles, so you are not reaching for one on the day.
- A bar raiser style mock, with follow-up questions on one story until the detail runs out.
- A debrief on how your answers would read to the interviewers, and what to change before the loop.
Questions
Do these coaches work at Amazon?
Every coach on this page lists Amazon in their work history, now or in the past. Read a coach's profile for what they did there.
Will a coach share real Amazon interview questions?
No. Coaches may not share confidential material from an employer, including real interview questions under NDA. They can run questions in the same style instead.
How much does it cost?
Each coach sets their own price. Among the coaches on this page, a session starts at $30. The price on a card is that coach's starting price for a first booking, platform fee included. One of them also offers a free 15 min intro call.
How does booking work?
Open a coach's profile and message them first if you want to check the fit. Press Buy on a session, sign in with LinkedIn, pay through Stripe, then pick a time in the coach's calendar. Sessions are video calls, and your payment is only released to the coach once the session has been delivered.
Can I book a single session first?
Yes. A card price ending in "/ session" is for one session, with no plan or package to buy. Coaches who also offer a monthly plan list it separately on their profile.
How are coaches vetted?
A person reviews every profile before it can be found on the site. We check that a coach is who they say they are and that their stated experience is plausible. We do not verify every claim on a profile, so read the reviews too: only clients who paid for and completed a session can leave one.
