About Javier

I spent 30+ years in executive management, including as Managing Director of Sales, where I hired and built teams and sat on the decision side of the interview table.

Today I'm an ICF PCC executive coach (iPEC CPC, ELI-MP) with about 4,500 hours of coaching, much of it helping professionals land their next role.

I help you turn your experience into crisp STAR stories, handle tough behavioral and leadership questions, and show up with calm, credible executive presence.

I also coach resume and LinkedIn, career transitions, and offer negotiation, so you walk in with a clear story and walk out with the right offer.

Sessions are practical: a realistic mock round, direct feedback from someone who has made hiring decisions, and a short drill plan before your next interview.
