About Marco
At Prometheus Plasma Systems, I drive the strategic vision and operational execution as CEO and Co-Founder, leading a deep-tech venture focused on pioneering advanced plasma technology solutions with applications reaching into the future of nuclear fusion.
My executive leadership is built on a foundational career as a Space Systems Engineer. Over five years at Thales Alenia Space, I supported the full mission lifecycle for elite space agencies including ESA, NASA JPL, and ASI, specializing in AOCS/DHS subsystems, LEOP, and mission-critical operations.
Today, I leverage this high-stakes engineering background to bridge the gap between complex laboratory research and market-ready industrial applications. Outside the office, I apply this same relentless drive to high-performance sports as a two-time World Champion sailor.
