What’s your cancellation, “no show” and rescheduling policy?

If you need to cancel a session, please inform the coach at least 24 hours before. Otherwise, the coach might consume half a credit (i.e., the next session will be 30 minutes rather than 60 minutes).

Please process the cancellation through the links provided by Calendly, so we can be sure we can appropriately track your remaining credits.

I got the job! Can I get a refund for unused credits?

Congrats! Yes, get in touch with hello@techinterview.coach and we will refund the remaining amount (minus a small stripe fee).
