Payment: You must purchase credits on the website before booking any coaching sessions.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a coaching session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will lose half a credit (meaning the next session will last half the time).

Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

Professionalism: Our coaches are committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct. If at any point you feel that a coach has acted in an unprofessional or unethical manner, you should contact us immediately at [email protected].

Feedback: You may be asked to provide feedback on the coaching session, either during or after the session. Your feedback will be used to improve the quality of the coaching services.

Refunds: Refunds are only available in limited circumstances, such as if the coaching session is cancelled by the coach due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will be issued in the form of credits.

Intellectual Property: You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the coaching materials provided by the coach remain the property of the coach. You may not reproduce or distribute any coaching materials without the express permission of the coach.

Liability: The coaches on https://techinterview.coach are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage that may arise from the coaching sessions, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
