Platform Fees
Coaches set what they take home; our fee is added on top of that rate and is what the buyer pays above it. The fee shrinks the longer a client works with the same coach, and is lowest for clients a coach brings themselves.
1 · How pricing works
Every listed price already includes our fee. A coach chooses their take-home amount; we add our fee on top to form the price you see. A coach's take-home never changes with the fee tier, only the buyer-facing price does.
2 · The fee tiers
The fee is a markup on the coach's rate and depends on how the client and coach met, and how many purchases the client has made with that coach:
- Client brought by the coach (via their referral link): 10% markup, for the life of the relationship.
- Client matched by the platform, first purchase: 20% markup.
- Second purchase with the same coach: 15% markup.
- Third purchase onwards: 10% markup.
Every distinct purchase counts, whether a one-off session or a subscription billing period, so loyalty to one coach lowers the fee automatically.
3 · Minimum and maximum fee
On very small purchases the fee is at least 20 (in the product's currency); on very large ones it is capped at 200. Between those bounds the percentages above apply exactly.
4 · Subscriptions
A subscription's price is fixed when you subscribe and never changes mid-plan. As the fee tier drops on later billing periods, the reduction goes to the coach, not onto your bill.
5 · A worked example
A coach whose take-home is 350 per month: a platform-matched client pays 420 for the first purchase, 402.50 for the second, and 385 from the third onwards. A client the coach brought via their referral link pays 385 from day one.
