How are payments collected?
Tech Interview Coach uses Stripe to process payments, which means clients can pay using a variety of methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment options.
Is there a time limit to using the credits?
On the subscription plan, your credits are reset weekly/monthly, according to your plan’s cadence.
Credits purchased individually never expire.
Are there any additional fees or charges for using Stripe to process payments?
Stripe charges a processing fee for each transaction, but Tech Interview Coach does not charge any additional fees or commissions.
How do I get receipts for tax purposes?
You will get a receipt after your purchase, just make sure to enter your tax code in the Stripe page.
