How does it work?
Our process is very straightforward:

- ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: You conduct a 60-minute mock interview
- ๐๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐: At the end of the interview you answer a few questions on the applicantโs performance
- ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐: We pay you per session once a month!
How much can I earn as a coach on Tech Interview Coach?
Earn a minimum of 50 euro (~55 dollars) per session. The exact amount depends on factors such as your experience and the demand for your coaching services.
How do I schedule coaching sessions with clients on Tech Interview Coach?
Clients on Tech Interview Coach can schedule sessions with you through the platformโs scheduling system (Calendly). You can set your availability in advance to ensure that you can accommodate clientsโ needs, as well as set available hours, max number of session per day and the link.
How does Tech Interview Coach support coaches?
Tech Interview Coach provides coaches with comprehensive training and support, including access to coaching resources, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities to work with real clients.
What happens if I cannot make a scheduled coaching session?
If you cannot make a scheduled coaching session, you should notify your client as soon as possible and work with them to reschedule the session for a later date.
Can I work with clients outside of my geographic area on Tech Interview Coach?
Yes, you can work with clients from anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet connection :) and overlapping available hours.
How do I get paid for coaching sessions on Tech Interview Coach?
Tech Interview Coach handles all payment processing and will deposit your earnings directly into your bank account.
What kind of feedback can I expect to receive from clients on Tech Interview Coach?
Clients on Tech Interview Coach can leave feedback and reviews of your coaching services - for each positive review mentioning your name, we award coaches 25 euro.
